REZA Strength Log
What you record, you can judge
Almost everyone overestimates their own consistency and underestimates how slowly progress actually happens. That's not a character flaw but a memory problem: after eight weeks, no one remembers exactly what weight they started with in week two. Strength Log solves that by simply recording it.
Why this is more than keeping a log
A training log isn't a diary. It's the only way to establish whether the approach is working, and that's a different question from whether the training felt heavy.
With a few months of data, you see things that are invisible in the moment. That your upper body progresses faster than your legs. That your performance reliably drops in the week after a trip. That the weeks you felt worst were the weeks with the biggest jump in load. And that a three-week plateau almost always coincides with something outside the gym.
Those are exactly the patterns adjustments get based on. Without data, that adjustment is a guess. With data, it's a decision.
Part of the coaching
The log isn't separate from the rest. What goes into it is the starting point for steps five and six of the approach: measuring and adjusting. What happens in the session gets recorded, and what's recorded determines what changes in the next period.
