Who we work with
For people who have already tried something
Most people who come to REZA aren't beginners. They've had a gym membership, sometimes a trainer, often a diet. What was missing wasn't motivation but direction: why this exercise, why this weight, why more now and less later. Those are the questions you get answered here before you start.
Work that comes first
Your schedule decides when you train. The programme is built around it, not the other way round. Two good sessions a week that you keep up are worth more than four you drop after a month.
A body with a history
An old knee injury, a back that sometimes acts up, a shoulder that doesn't do everything it used to. That's the starting point, not an obstacle. The programming accounts for it instead of working around it.
A reason that goes beyond you
Staying strong and energetic is rarely just a personal project. It decides what you can still do for the people around you in ten years' time.
Five pillars
Five areas that constantly influence each other
Training without eating enough gets you little. Eating well without recovering doesn't either. And a programme that looks right on paper but doesn't fit your week isn't right at all. That's why these five areas are considered together at REZA, even if you come in for just one of them.
Training & movement
Technique, load and progression. What you train and how hard follows from what your body can handle right now.
Nutrition
Energy intake, protein and quality, translated into what you actually eat on an ordinary Tuesday.
Behavior and habits
Habits that hold up in the weeks things go wrong. Aimed at behaviour, not motivational talk.
Performance
Strength and function you notice outside the gym: the stairs, lifting a suitcase, getting through a long day.
Recovery
Sleep and recovery capacity determine how much training is worth doing. Recovery is part of the programme.
How we work
One-on-one and one-on-two only
REZA does not offer group classes or small-group training. That's a deliberate limit. With more than two people, a trainer can no longer watch every repetition, and correcting turns into guesswork.
One-on-one
Full attention. The programme, the pace and the corrections are yours alone.
One-on-two
Train together with a partner, friend or family member. Two programmes, one session, the same level of supervision.
The evidence
From research to your Tuesday evening
Scientific literature rarely answers the question you're asking. A meta-analysis says something about the average of hundreds of participants, not about you. Translating that average into one person with one schedule and one training history is the actual work. Here's how that translation happens.
- 01What the research showsSystematic reviews and meta-analyses carry more weight than a single study. The sources are on this site.
- 02What applies to youYour age, training years, capacity and goal determine which part of that evidence is relevant.
- 03What's actually doableA plan that doesn't fit your week isn't a plan. Feasibility matters as much as theory.
- 04What actually happensWhat we measure shows whether the assumption held up. If not, the plan changes.
Evidence library
Our sources are online, with links
REZA keeps a public library of the research behind the coaching. Each study lists what was studied, how strong the evidence is, and what it means in practice, including studies that show something other than expected, because those often say more than the ones that confirm the story.

Six steps, then again
You go through the first four steps once. The last two keep repeating for as long as you train at REZA.
- 01
Intake
Who you are, what you do, what you've already tried and why it didn't work then.
- 02
Analysis
Movement quality, capacity and baseline figures are recorded.
- 03
Plan
A programme built around your goal, your level and the number of days you actually have.
- 04
Coaching
Every session together. Technique is corrected in the moment, not afterwards.
- 05
Measuring
Set moments where we check what's actually changed. Progress is established, not assumed.
- 06
Adjusting
If something isn't working, it changes. A programme left untouched for twelve weeks is a programme no one has looked at.
Behind REZA
Why this coaching is so precise
Roberto is a lawyer. He spent years working in a field where a conclusion without evidence is worthless, and that didn't go away when he moved his career into sport and health. It's the reason you can always ask why something is in your programme at REZA, and why the answer goes further than experience alone.
He's also been an entrepreneur in sport for years. That teaches you something no textbook does: a feel for what people actually stick with. Most programmes don't fail because they're wrong, but because they don't fit the life of the person who has to carry them out.

Start with a conversation
An introduction costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We discuss where you stand now, what you want to achieve, and whether REZA is the right choice for that. If it isn't, we'll say so.
