Intervention
Sprint interval training-based concurrent training vs resistance training alone (≥6 supervised sessions over ≥2 weeks)
Findings
Sprint interval training combined with resistance training showed no interference with strength, hypertrophy, jump or sprint performance compared to resistance training alone. VO2max improved further with the addition of sprint interval training.
